11.37 You may not expose the personal or identifiable information of other members (such as but not limited to first / last names, addresses / locations, phone numbers / contact information, IP addresses, account credentials, private content, credit card numbers, social security numbers, any form of ID number, wealth / economic / income status, health / medical information, classified information, other accounts they use online). Any information a member is willing to share shall, and only shall be, shared by them at their own risk.
Reasoning For This Rule
  • Not every member on Midwest Nudists wants to be identified by who they are in real life for various reasons, usually regarding security or comfort.
  • Some information is not meant to be known by others because it can easily be used to cause harm to the member, or it violates their rights to privacy.
  • Different members have different comfort levels with what they are willing to share. Never assume someone is comfortable with certain information being shared on Midwest Nudists unless they publicly shared such information on the site themselves.
