11.38 When reasonably able to do so, you must use the appropriate “Report This” link or “Report” button when reporting something that is in violation of the Terms and Conditions. If you are not reasonably able to do so, you may use a Support Ticket or email and include unaltered screenshots of the problematic content. See Section 23 for contact information.
Reasoning For This Rule
  • Staff cannot always monitor everything that is submitted to Midwest Nudists. By reporting violating content, you help draw the attention of staff to that content so it can be dealt with accordingly.
  • The report buttons / links should be used because the resulting Support Ticket will contain a copy of the content as it was when you reported it. This is important in the event the content is later modified. And it also serves as the highest authority of evidence when staff investigate.
