11.6

If your media contains people other than yourself, you must get prior written and documented consent from everyone in the media who meets one or more of the criteria below before you may publish your media to Midwest Nudists:

  • the party, or any other party in the media, is partially or fully nude (e.g. if anyone is partially or fully nude, then you must get consent from everyone in the media regardless of their state of dress), or
  • the party's face is visible either partially or fully, or
  • any identifiable traits of the party are visible, such as a tattoo.

The documented consent must indicate the media to which the party consents, such as the file name or a reasonably identifiable description of the media. Consent does not perpetually apply to other media which includes them; consent must be explicitly granted and documented for every medium which they appear and is to be published.
Reasoning For This Rule

This is to ensure no one, regardless of their state of dress, appears in photos involving the nudist community without their consent.

Be aware this rule applies regardless who else appears in your photo, even if it is a family member, romantic partner, or another member of Midwest Nudists.
