Midwest Nudists imposes an age restriction on those who can create an account:

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website or services on your own; by using our website or services or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.
  2. If you are under 18 years of age, but not under 13 years of age, you may use our website and services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must be at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf. You may only use our website or services through the parent or guardian’s guidance. Furthermore, you may not create an account for your own use until you are at least 18 years of age.
  3. If you are under 13 years of age, you may not use our website nor services under any circumstances due to child privacy protection laws.
Reasoning For This Rule
  • Anyone under 18 cannot legally agree and be bound to our Terms and Conditions.
  • The laws of child pornography in the United States get very sticky and very strict. We do not want the liability of allowing someone under the age of 18 to use our website considering the potential legal implications.
Additional note: While you can still register an account when under the age of 18, you will not be able to log in to your account or do anything with it until you turn 18. This is more a software limitation with how accounts and registration are handled rather than an intentional decision.
