Nudism is about shedding away one's inhibitions and being true to themselves. At Midwest Nudists, we want members to reflect who they really are and do not want the content of the site to be flooded by AI-generated submissions. At the same time, we do not want to completely shut out AI technology as it could be very beneficial especially in editing and proofreading. Therefore, we allow AI to a limited capacity so long as it includes original transformations made by the submitter which did not use AI (in other words, you may not simply generate AI content and submit it; you must also apply your own creative and original modifications or additions to it).

Since AI generated content cannot be copyrighted in the U.S., we cannot grant the same protections we can to original content submitted to the website. Furthermore, since the "author" does not own the content they make or modify with AI, we require a citation / credit the same way one would require when referencing an outside source. Finally, to simplify the blurred lines of copyright with AI, we simply declare that all AI-utilized content on Midwest Nudists is Public Domain, meaning anyone within Midwest Nudists may freely use the content in any way (subject to the Terms of Service) on the Midwest Nudists platform. This is limited to Midwest Nudists and does not apply elsewhere.
