Staff actively engage in the community

Members can communicate directly and in private with staff at anytime. The site has a Support Tickets system allowing members to start conversations with staff about the operations of Midwest Nudists, such as questions, feedback, concerns, suggestions, technical issues, requests, and more. This is done through the "Contact Us" page under Help > Contact Us (on the menu). Members and guests can also e-mail [email protected] .

Patrick Schmalstig, who operates PDStig, LLC and Midwest Nudists, is also the lead developer of Composr CMS, the software which runs the Midwest Nudists website. You can be assured that any bugs or technical issues you report to us will be read, taken seriously, and fixed promptly by Patrick and the developers of Composr CMS. Patrick is also an active member of the nudist community. 

The staff are open and verbose about the expectations they have for the community and the decisions they make (which were often voted in by members as well). While this means we may seem very wordy on the site, we hope that by communicating in detail, we alleviate surprises. We do our best to also provide short versions where applicable.

The staff are also not just around when they are needed. They regularly open up and engage with the community like any other member would.
